Even though it's pricey it does last a long time even if you use it at night. I sweat a lot for someone who doesn't do much. I could just be sitting there after a shower and i start to sweat. I just put a bit on before bed and then normal amount on in the morning. I still sweat a bit, but not nearly as much if at all.I finally found somethiong that gets rid of the wetness. I feel normal again. Like I said, it does stop the sweating to a point where i just sweat like a normal person when doing activity. OH! And this WILL stain your clothes. I wear white collar shirts to work, and the pit stains and yellow yellow because of the aluminum.
